Jane Rowena

Jane Rowena is a Jeweller and Illustrator living in Devon.  Jane is inspired by Art History, in particular, people of the 1920s and 30s, Art Deco era.  Incorporating materials from the time, such as Jet, Bakelite, collected from Antique shops.  Decorative patterns and frequent use of line appears in her work, as well as flora and fauna, fish motifs, seaweed and shells.  "I like collecting books, decorative objects, anything with pattern and textures.
